The photograph shows an extruded ABS profile which was machined by a punching machine during the extrusion process.
Use Features such as holes, bevels, etc., can be added to the profile for a modest additional cost. The pictured profile is to be used as an end-piece on a pane of glass. The punching enables the profile to be folded like a frame.
