Primo acquires Swedish Talent Plastics Göteborg

As of 30 June, 2022, Primo has acquired all shares in the Swedish Talent Plastics Göteborg AB from Ahlmarks.

Talent Plastics Göteborg AB was established in 1964 and is today an extrusion company with 22 employees, 18 extrusion lines and a sales of 46 m SEK (2021). The company manufacturers custom-made plastic profiles for similar industries as Primo, including cable solutions for the offshore industry.

Since 2010, Talent Plastics has been part of the Ahlmark Group, which ceased its extrusion business with the divestment.

"Throughout the years, we have experienced Talent Plastics Göteborg as a strong player that we have often met in our markets. With the synergies and the integration into the Primo Group, we are strengthening our position in the Nordic countries. This will help us to further pursue our growth targets in these unpredictable times," says CEO at Primo Claus Tønnesen.

With the changeover, Talent Plastics Göteborg AB will change its name to Primo Göteborg AB.
