Primo door concept lets trailer and truck manufacturers make their own seals

By making and fitting door seals themselves, manufacturers can work faster and save money.

Door sealings for the transport sector

Primo’s door concept for trailer and truck manufacturers consists of a standard range of door seals together with a custom welding unit. It means manufacturers can now adapt door seals themselves to their customers' specifications.

Before, this would have needed costly equipment or hiring expensive subcontractors.

Primo offers full training and instruction in using the welding equipment. This guarantees the same quality you'd expect from our factory.

Why door seals are important

Door seals are critical components for manufacturers of cooling trailers and trucks. They help keep the desired inside temperature. The seals also need to ensure doors open and close smoothly, requiring a precision design and fit.

Shorten lead-times and cut costs

Manufacturers work faster and save money when they make and fit the door seals.

When customers need a special box size, the new Primo door sealing concept makes it possible to react quickly and economically.

All Primo profiles offer perfect sealing around the entire cooler box. Seals comes with an anti-friction material for easy opening of the door. A primer to make mounting with glue faster and easier comes with the seal.
