Our experienced plastic profile engineers will work closely with your own staff to find the optimum solution, regardless of your requirements for durability, insulation properties, colour/UV stability or other product properties.

Pioneering environmentally friendly material: RigiCore

Primo's innovative RigiCore is a material blend containing up to 40% recycled carbon, making it a 100% recycled high performance solution with superior strength and stiffness. It outperforms most conventional materials in strength and stiffness, and offers a remarkably lightweight solution with a density less than half that of aluminium, on top of which you have a significant CO2 reduction, both from the material itself + the in-line machining options when using the RigiCore blend.

Our state-of-the-art Technology & Innovation Centre ensures that we are constantly working to find smoother, more efficient processes, new sustainable material solutions and, not least, smarter designs that help reduce CO2 emissions.

We have five dedicated test lines exclusively for testing new materials, new machines, new tooling and new processes. 

The production process can include in-line processes such as cutting, stamping, milling and surface treatment (as opposed to metal or pultruded profiles, for example, which require several separate processes). This streamlines production, reduces costs/hours for our customers and reduces CO2 emissions associated with multiple manufacturing steps.
